Check your spam folder and ensure the email address is correct. If you still don't receive emails, contact support for alternative verification methods.
We use the business phone number listed in our directory for verification calls and texts. If you don't have access to this number or it's incorrect, please choose a different verification method (email or document upload) instead. Business information can only be updated after your claim is approved.
If your business isn't in our directory, you can add it using the "Add Your Business" option on the claim search page.
