We hit a washed out place at a gas station and broke the rim and punctured a tire on our travel trailer. I was trying to reach AAA and getting nowhere when Billy pulled up next to us in his red/white/blue towing rig. Hung up on AAA. Billy quickly assessed the situation, pulled the wheel off and took it with my husband to a tire place that was about to close on a Saturday. Within the hour they were back and Billy got the new wheel on and we were on our way.
Billy was literally a Godsend! Our road Angel! We highly recommend him for his expertise, efficiency and friendliness.
