I wish I could give Jon Velez 10 stars! My 90 year old parents locked the keys in the trunk of their car and we couldn't find the spare. We called Norwalk Towing and Jon was there 10 minutes later. Very helpful and pleasant gentleman who made a stressful situation better. I'm keeping his in my contacts for any issue going forward!

When my pickup broke down, I called Norwalk Towing at 3:15pm and was told that he was on a tow right now but could be there at 4:30pm. He arrived at 4:25pm and was fast and professional. I was done with the tow by 5pm. The tow price was reasonable and I definitely recommend him.
