Expect to wait on the side of the road for 5+ hours! Originally quoted a one hour wait time then kept saying they were delayed. Each time I called them, the wait got longer. I Walked home after waiting 3 hours and they did have the courtesy to call me so I can get a ride back out to where I was stuck.
