The owner of this towing company has displayed unprofessional and rude behavior, showing a lack of concern for customer service. Their main priority seems to be making money, rather than providing quality service to their customers. I would not recommend using this company for any towing needs. PLS DON’T USE!!

Shaun was terrific. Showed up, got the car loaded onto the flatbed, and transported to Firestone lickety-split. Friendly, professional and quick. Would absolutely use them again (although one hopes one wouldn't have to)!

I put in a service request through my insurance company for vehicle towing at 1:40pm, and Victory Towing accepted the request. My ETA was listed for 3:10pm. At 3:30pm, the tow truck had still not arrived so I called my insurance company. …
