Don't have them tow your semi
,if you do take plenty of pictures ..had
my truck towed to a dealer and was informed all 4 of my rear axle airbags were ruptured and I know they were fine before being towed and they also went over the estimate

Bad attention, the person in charge is rude and not at all friendly. They charged $20 extra to get my car out just because they don’t allow me to go in to look for it with Dolly.
