Horrible, they took 2 of my tenants vehicles out of my apartment complex.
ZERO CONTRACT OR PERMISSION TO TOW OUT OF MY BUILDING.
Had to cover the towing costs + inconveniences out of my own pocket for both tenants.

This company should not have a license and at this point are organized criminals. Burden of proof is on the car owners, they use this so they won’t face consequences for their illegal actions. We need to form a class action lawsuit.

This place is a scam! They took my cousins car twice and at that the first time they didn’t even tell him the reason why it was towed the first time! They just steal cars and don’t care! Also talk so rude on the phone telling me my cousin …
