We were moving across country with a trailer and broke down outside of town. They came right away on an early Saturday morning, didn’t need a tow but guided me as my car limped back into town and got us in touch with the local mechanic. Reasonable fee and very responsive, would recommend.

Traveling from out of town, we broke down with a busted radiator hose. One quick call and they were on the way. They delivered me to the Ford dealership in Ottawa, and were kind enough to take me to my final destination. I was pleasantly surprised with the price, expecting it to be more.
