I was traveling on 295 south around 8:50am when I watched this rear quarter panel fly off this rivian! Guy driving the truck just drove away and took the nearest exit going lighting speed he definitely knew that happened. I have it all on video.

The driver that cane to pick up my car after breaking down was so kind and compassionate. He knew his job he made small talk loaded my car up insured the car was secure several times greeted me with a smile waved once everything was secure and beeped as he drove off. We need more humans like this. A+ customer service.

Excellent professional service = Mike's Towing and Recovery. For so many years, Mike's Towing has come to our rescue. No one ever expects to be stranded in their car somewhere- but it happens. And it has happened to us. It's always nice to know MT&R is only a phone call away. A++ service.
