Attentive service and very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me with advice on how to deal with the insurance company. The tow driver was awesome. Everything else about this place is bogus. We have to drive 3 hours to sign a release form because apparently "modern" things like "email" have just passed these folks by. Seems like a racket they have set up …
