Used these guys for a tow tonight. The receptionist was very polite and easy to work with. She got all my info quickly and the tow requested. I didn't have to leave my keys so I headed home and the driver took care of the rest and called me to let me know it was dropped off to my local tire shop. Very quick and professional service.

Awful experience. Charged twice as much as others in the area. When I told them this they said "Yeah, we are pretty high." I was shocked and upset by the amount and absolutley nothing was offered aside from an insincere apology. …

Easy, fast, no drama, very pleasant on the phone. Nobody wants their car towed, but if you have to, these guys are good at it.
