Caller BEWARE!!! Absolute nightmare of an experience, complete deception from the start. $400 winch charge?! Dispatch assured me of a fair rate & I ended up negotiating with the manipulative tow truck driver. $742 turned into $400 real quick. Call anywhere else but DO NOT entertain these clowns.
