My car wouldn't start. Waited over an hour until guy arrived in an unmarked older minivan carrying only jumper cables. When he couldn't get it started, he said they didn't even have tow trucks and I'd have to call another place (and wait again). I'm very surprised my roadside assistance provider uses them.
