2 yrs ago. It was snowy and slippery and the company was busy due to the weather. She needed a tow to a dealership in Columbia, MO. She was politely advised of the estimated wait time and it would be after dark. She decided to wait for this tow company. I drove to the dealership to meet them there.

Truck battery went kaput this afternoon. Approved Towing saved the day. Within 15 minutes of me calling my roadside assistance company Approved Towing showed up and was able to successfully get me rolling on my way home. Dan was very friendly and professional.
