First of all the place looks like a dungeon, not a tow lot. Car was towed on a Friday night after 12 which makes no sense because they are closed on Saturdays. Super Shady Business. Stay away from this company at all cost.

My car broke down on 670W and I felt very unsafe waiting for the tow truck they told me to leave and the driver will pick up my car.
