"Loved it" seems like strong verbiage for getting your dead car towed, but the dispatcher was super nice and reassuring, the driver arrived on time, and he was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a recommendation for a mechanic he liked that specialized in my type of car and even offered to give me a ride home.
