Aubrey with Benjamin Brothers Towing wad fantastic. I hit a pot hole in downtown Cleveland late at night. Once the vehicle was towed, Aubrey followed up with me multiple times with updates and assisted greatly with the insurance company to validate my roadside assistance claim. Highly recommend!

Advertises 24 hour towing but doesn't answer the phone. Car was towed last night after an accident. Pretty good, about 15-20 min from dispatch. Driver claimed he would check if the shop had a drop box and leave it there if it did. Confirmed …
