Never personally had a towing done by them, but the staff is incredibly professional and helpful; they did all they could to help a friend of the family find their car and gave me clear, precise instructions on what to do beforehand. Plus, given their rates, I'd be glad to give them a call if I ever break down on the side of the road.

When you're in need and tired it's tough to qubble about cost in the evening hrs. $175 form N Charleston to Goose Creek I thought was a was a bit high, I might be wrong. Not sure if the charge was because they stopped at two locations. …

Thank you for the great service! Had a slight pick up schedule delay but understandable/you were super busy and I was properly notified that the driver would be a little behind, so no issues there. …
