I've heard they were a decent company by someone who's used their services. I understand people are going to be mad about having their car repossessed for falling behind, these are hard times. While it wasn’t the most pleasant reason why I worked with them or they picked my vehicle up in the middle of the night, they were easy to work with once my issue was resolved and quick and polite when retrieving my car.

This place works for/with Westlake Portfolio Management and have twice “repossessed” my car for them. The kicker? The first time I hadn’t missed a single payment and the second time I OWNED THE CAR OUTRIGHT. And the woman did not care and …
