One of the employees were called out to tow my truck, not sure what he did wrong but he dropped my truck off the trailer and broke my drive shaft. The employee was very unprofessional about it as he tried to hide the damage and did not report it to his boss. Wouldn't trust using these guys again.

We thought we needed a tow to a tire shop. Tim’s Tow came out on the interstate, took off our stripped lug nut, put on our spare tire, put some air in the spare, told us what we needed and sent us in town to get fixed up. Very fast, very good at what they do and very honest! Really appreciate their help!
