Dustin came to our rescue at 1am this morning after trying to find a tow service for two hours! We were there from out of town and had no clue on even where we were. Left a key with them for 2 weeks, never called me for pricing or payment to repo a vehicle for me, went back to their office, my key was still sitting on the desk, decided to take the key and find another company, they didnt even have me in their system as a customer. Didn't even know who I was. Ridiculous...
