Vernard is the guy you hope shows up when you are stranded in the early morning hours! He was so nice and pleasant and made me feel at ease for the tow. He was prompt and actually beat the original ETA I was given by my insurance roadside. Highly recommend and appreciate his kindness

This is partially the fault of AAA as well but I'll address that. Requested a tow when broken down on i95 north just below Petersburg. Needed a long tow as my destination was 3 hours north. AAA says it'll take an hour for the tow truck to …
