Professional, arrived on time, courteous…
Dispatcher was also professional and courteous. I rarely use a rowing service, as I pride myself in fixing my own vehicles if they break down… I also used to be a tow truck operator, and I’m critical of the details. I’d call on Big Jim’s again. Thank you!
