Overcharged for local tow less than 4 miles. and 2-3 hours of lot time $370. Charging max price for tows in the state. Also Inconvenience only accepting cash. Shady business.

Predatory practices. They know they have your car and you need it back. So they add extra fees . Over $400 total for a car that was mistakenly parked 42.00 in random administrative fees $40 for extra days of storage that the vehicle was not actually stored and fuel surcharge fees. Obvious their only concern is making money.

I received excellent service. The driver went out of his way to help me and checked all of the issues with the car and even helped me with a repair that got my vehicle running and I was able to drive home. I give them a perfect job. I will definitely use them any time I need a tow. Thanks to them for being so wonderful!!!!
