I waited 6 hours for progressive roadside assistance before I decided to call other tow agencies. I waited on hold forever and never spoke to a person at any of the agencies I called except this one. They had a nice guy out to tow my car within 20 mins. Decent and fair price. Highly recommend.

inconsiderate and unaccommodating. When they dropped the box truck they towed in they didn't drop off in correct location so it was block other trucks and business operation. When asked to move the truck so not to block business …
